Nolan Toenyan
Founder of 10k Media company in 2025, I am the owner of 10K Media Company LLC, a video production business focused on helping real estate agents showcase their listings in a more powerful way.
I’ve always had a passion for creating videos. When I was younger, I spent a lot of time experimenting with cameras and editing videos for fun. Over time, that passion grew into filming cars and trucks for friends, learning how to capture cinematic shots and tell stories through video.
As I continued developing my skills, I was introduced to real estate media by helping my uncle, who is a realtor, capture aerial drone photos of properties. That experience showed me how valuable high-quality visuals are when marketing a home.
Today, through 10K Media, I work with real estate agents to create professional listing videos, aerial drone footage, and social media content that helps their properties stand out online. Video not only helps market the home — it also helps agents build their brand and attract more clients.
